Privacy Policy

This page explains how the campaign handles receipt submissions and coupon information. Before public launch, the policy should be reviewed for Japan privacy requirements.

1. Purpose of collection

We collect minimum information only to verify donation confirmation submissions, issue campaign thank-you tokens, send partner coupon information, prevent duplicate use, and respond to inquiries.

2. Information collected

• Email address
• Name for certificate, if provided
• Selected donation organization
• Donation confirmation or receipt number
• Receipt screenshot for verification
• Coupon issue and redemption status

3. Information we do not request

We do not request credit card numbers, bank account information, government ID, full address, or tax documents.

4. Storage and receipt image retention

In the production backend, submission records and receipt files are stored securely for admin review. Receipt images should be used only for verification and deleted within 30–60 days after review unless a longer period is required for fraud prevention or dispute handling.

5. External donation organizations

Donations are made directly through external organizations. Their own privacy policies and donation terms apply to the donation process.

6. Partner stores

Partner stores should receive only the minimum coupon information necessary to confirm coupon validity. They should not receive receipt screenshots or donation details.
